For people can contribute to Mpack, I absolutely agree to put mpack into a
dir not just as a patch.
BTW, may I ask where `top level dir` is?
How about to put Mpack dir in `bigtop-packages/src/common/ambari` ? In this
way, Mpack could be referred when we build the Ambari and people also could
contribute to it in this Mpack-directory.
