I'm going to ask the infra team to unblock them again. And I'll try the followings in parallel: * assign a new elastic IP to docker-slave-07. * start a new EC2 instance temporarily instead of the ppc server and run a ppc VM on it. It will need a powerful instance since emulation is high-cost, but we have a little surplus credit as of now.
