Since our computation resources are limited, it's hard to pass all tests parallel on the respectively limited nodes. I splitted packaging and smoke tests by the Distros respectively. The smoke tests succeeded and some builds had to be retried in "xxx-smoke-tests-supplement". But there are still python dependency issues in Ubuntu-22.04 smoke tests. The BIGTOP-3898 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BIGTOP-3898> was created to track it.
