Thanks for driving the release, Yuqi Gu. I'm testing the RC.

We must set "Fix Version/s" field of JIRA issues in order to make them picked. I updated the "Fix Version/s" of missed issues based on the following JQL. https://issues.apache.org/jira/issues/?jql=project%20in%20(Bigtop)%20and%20resolution%20%3D%20Fixed%20and%20fixVersion%20is%20EMPTY%20ORDER%20BY%20updated%20DESC Please update "Fix Version/s" if you find another missed issues. I'd like to extend the vote time window which will be going for 2 weeks and the vote will be closed on January 14th, 2022 at 6pm PDT. Please download, test and vote with [ ] +1, accept RC0 as the official 3.2.0 release of Apache Bigtop [ ] +0, I don't care either way, [ ] -1, do not accept RC0 as the official 3.2.0 release of Apache Bigtop, because... Since our computation resources are limited, it's hard to pass all tests parallel on the respectively limited nodes. I splitted packaging and smoke tests by the Distros respectively. The smoke tests succeeded and some builds had to be retried in "xxx-smoke-tests-supplement". But there are still python dependency issues in Ubuntu-22.04 smoke tests. The BIGTOP-3898 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BIGTOP-3898> was created to track it. To make 3.2.0 release move forward, let's push BIGTOP-3898 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BIGTOP-3898> to the later release and I will add the related comments in the release notes. *Packaging*: https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Releases/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-centos-7/ https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Releases/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-debian-10/ https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Releases/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-debian-11/ https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Releases/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-fedora-36/ https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Releases/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-rockylinux-8/ https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Releases/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-ubuntu-20.04/ https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Releases/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-ubuntu-22.04/ *Smoke tests*: https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Test/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-centos-smoke-tests/ https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Test/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-centos-smoke-tests-supplement/ https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Test/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-debian-10-smoke-tests/ https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Test/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-debian-10-smoke-tests-supplement/ https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Test/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-debian-11-smoke-tests/ https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Test/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-debian-11-smoke-tests-supplement/ https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Test/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-rockylinux-8-smoke-tests/ https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Test/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-fedora-36-smoke-tests/ https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Test/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-fedora-smoke-tests-supplement/ https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Test/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-ubuntu-20.04-smoke-tests/ https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Test/job/Bigtop-3.2.0-ubuntu-22.04-smoke-tests/ BRs, Yuqi
