I agree with Ryan's sentiments. This has nothing to do with Erwin and his qualifications, but if one of the key roles of this position to get more ISV adoption then more participation external to Sun would be beneficial. One of the issues ISVs have is the fact that OOo is still viewed as almost exclusively run by Sun.
