I don't see another plugin on trac-hacks that allows authorization through
OpenId. Do you know of one hosted elsewhere?

Well, there is OpenIdDelegatePlugin, but I don't think that is what we are
looking for.

It sounds to me like a great idea to deploy this on the i.a.o site, but
we'll need to codereview and do a bit of testing, like Olemis suggests.
