time I tried the former , but now I realize it's abandoned . Maybe
that's why it does not show up in t.h.o plugins list ?

If my memory is not playing tricks with me now , I recall that the
last time I payed attention to this subject I noticed that something
was missing to offer the whole OpenId user experience , but that might
have changed now ...
