According to the handled Jira ticket, when a Jira ticket is marked as "PATCH AVAILABLE", "hadoop QA" will trigger a build, It seems this is automatic. But when I Marked BOOKKEEPER-876 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BOOKKEEPER-876> as "patch available", that build was not triggered. Is there any instruction on how to trigger this build?
