Update ELK docs
This PR updates the advanced YAML doc with the latest version, available at
https://github.com/brooklyncentral/brooklyn-elk. It also updates the links to
the latest `*.bom` files
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/tbouron/brooklyn-docs fix/elk-docs
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
