New semantics applied, ready for re-review.
@geomacy How hard would it be to extend the CLI to support this new
feature, specifically:
* `br catalog add some.zip` -- an explicit zip or jar
* `br catalog add /path/to/folder/` -- a folder which will be zipped or
jarred up
That would make user flow very nice!
