Should be good for now. I went with the quite-simple of always writing the
osgi bundle prefix (part of step 2 in the long term solution). Lots of
comments about how it works and moving to step 1.
Re workaround for existing deployments, I don't have an easy answer apart
from upgrading. Currently you have to upgrade and then define the classes in
question in `org.apache.brooklyn.classrename.cfg` (karaf only). Meh - but
shouldn't be that hard in practise.
