aha - this is when the entity is representing the local brooklyn. i was
thinking of when attaching to a remote brooklyn.
for attaching to the local brooklyn i'd suggest:
* a subclass e.g. `LocalBrooklynNode`
* which looks in `brooklyn properties` for
* `brooklyn.entity.brooklynnode.LocalBrooklynNode.user` to discover the
`${USER}` (defaulting to `admin`); and
* either `brooklyn.entity.brooklynnode.LocalBrooklynNode.password` or
`brooklyn.webconsole.security.user.${USER}.password` to discover the password
(and if those are not set attempting with no credentials)
