@sjcorbett you can use the `--ignoreManagedAppsStartupErrors` to prevent
the brooklyn server from exiting
as for credentials probably a dumb question but why can't the
`MANAGEMENT_USER` `MANAGEMENT_PASSWORD` keys be used?
