    fixed BROOKLYN-129: brooklyn.util.net.Urls.mergePaths(String... items) 
doesn't filter null values

    Fix for [BROOKLYN-129](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BROOKLYN-129): 
filter nulls before iterating through path parts.
