fixed BROOKLYN-128: ArchiveUtils ignores destFile, prefers optionalDestFile
during deploy
Fix for [BROOKLYN-129](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BROOKLYN-129):
issue install commands with guarded destFile instead of optionalDestFile.
