        Talked with gejun & jiashun，
        Let's resign task for our first release， and our target release date is 
the end of June.
        1. check all third-party dependency including removed ,and update 
License if needed      @JiashunZhu
        2. Make a short License Header and add to all source code               
             @Wang,Weibing
        3. Check if it can be build on mac and update readme to add "how to

        4. Add Release note for this release

        Let us move ,  the deadline will be the end of this Month.
