### What problem does this PR solve? Issue Number: resolve Problem Summary: EndPointTest.tcp_connect and EndPointTest.interrupt depend on public hosts and network latency, causing intermittent CI timeouts. When assertions fail, the test runner can print a core left by a passing death test, making the failure appear to be a crash. Observed in this [CI run](https://github.com/apache/brpc/actions/runs/37908563114/job/113747887234?pr=3594). ### What is changed and the side effects? Changed: - Replace public hosts with loopback listeners using dynamically assigned ports. - Verify successful connections and preservation of blocking and nonblocking socket modes. - Add Linux connection timeout coverage using a full accept queue. - Use empty pipes and repeated signals to verify wait timeouts and EINTR retries, restoring the previous signal handler afterward. - Print core backtraces only for signal exit statuses, preventing ordinary assertion failures from reporting unrelated death-test cores. Side effects: - Performance effects: - Breaking backward compatibility: --- ### Check List: - Please make sure your changes are compilable. - When providing us with a new feature, it is best to add related tests. - Please follow [Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct](https://github.com/apache/brpc/blob/master/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
