This should only create confusion for users, even those who know what they're
doing with regard to the various logging libraries that might be in play in a
given dependency graph. As a project we had intended to move to jul so that
BVal, as quite a high-level player (particularly in an EE environment) would
add as little to the mix as possible. We should not be bringing in any
unnecessary logging libraries, particularly not ones that substitute
implementations of a given API!
