I'd like to get my avatica-tck committed (CALCITE-1190). This is pretty
close -- I think I'd just need to get some docs written up on how to use
it. I realized I forgot that step when I last had some time to work on
it. CALCITE-1218 should also go in to give a better experience on error.
I'd consider the rest tagged with avatica-1.8.0 nice-to-have's.
I will try to get both of these knocked out tmrw, but I will strongly
commit to them both by the end-of-week.
