I'd have to double-check, but I don't think anything real important has
gone into Avatica recently. I haven't had much time for fresh
developments this past month.
Happy to put out a release if there is something in Avatica that I
forgot about. I would be in favor of waiting for a new Avatica until
September presently.

A couple of ideas:
* I was thinking of releasing Calcite last week of August. (Last release was
13th June, so it would be 2 1/2 months.)
* Avatica seems to have been fairly quiet so maybe the Avatica release can
happen after the Calcite release.
