The {{DateTimeUtilsTest.testSqlDateToUnixDateWithCustomCalendar}} test fails in
the Europe/London time zone. The issue is due to the use of
{{TimeZone.setRawOffset(int)}} which expects the provided value to be the
offset from GMT, but the test provides the offset from UTC.
