Allow interval literals denominated in weeks and quarters, for example:
{code}
INTERVAL '1' WEEK
INTERVAL '2' WEEKS
INTERVAL '3' QUARTERS
INTERVAL '4' QUARTER
{code}
Week intervals have type {{INTERVAL DAY}} (a week is 7 days); quarter intervals
have type {{INTERVAL MONTH}} (a quarter is 3 months).
