See parent issue where Oliver have outlined an idea for reserving locks and use
timeout to let the lock be free in case Camel cannot confirm the lock.
For instance if a physical connection to a DB fails.
This is an advanced use case to support, and it only makes sense for eg a DB
shared repo.
