Description:
See CAMEL-1650 where Oliver have outlined an idea for reserving locks and use
timeout to let the lock be free in case Camel cannot confirm the lock.
For instance if a physical connection to a DB fails.
This is an advanced use case to support, and it only makes sense for eg a DB
shared repo.
