The camel-spring.xsd file

was pretty crusty (looking like its from somewhere between 2.3 and 2.4).

It looks like we've not been updating this since about 2.4.0 onwards.
I've just updated it to be based on 2.6.0.
I've updated the release notes so hopefully we won't forget this for
the 2.7.0 release:
