Image D is also my favorite. As Jon suggested I think it's best to put the text over two lines since it's a rather tall Camel.
I've fiddled around with the text and created 6 logo designs (there numbered as D1, D1a, D2, etc). See the attached image. Personally I like D1 and D3a the best.
