+1 for GitHub

I believe that it's up to us where to move Camel Extra. We can even fork
the project as "Camel Extra Extra" if necessary ;) Apache Extras doesn't
provide us anything - no infra, anything like that. The committers
convenience should be a priority for us. IMHO ;)
