Following the repository migration to Apache Camel, this PR migrates the Maven groupId to `org.apache.camel`. ### Changes - Updated root `pom.xml` groupId to `org.apache.camel` - Updated child module parent and intra-project dependencies across all modules (`camel-kit-core`, `camel-kit-graph`, `camel-kit-main`, `camel-kit-ship-resolver`, `camel-jbang-plugin-kit`) - Updated `classpathDependencyExcludes` in `camel-kit-core` - Updated metadata paths in `VersionProvider`, `KitVersionProvider`, and `ResolverIsolationIT` - Updated JBang launchers (`CamelKit.java`) and README development install references Closes #1 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
