What I mean is if we decide the train leaves the station on December 1, how do we choose the features on the train? This has been a huge challenge in the past because as things are added to trunk, they become impossible to detangle.
The "how it would work" made me think that perhaps there is a branch for dec 1 with only features passing CI? I'm trying to avoid the problems we have had in the past and wondering your idea of how to avoid those.
