Werner- Ask, and sometimes you receive, though it may not be as much as you wish for. I created issues 1352, 1353, and 1354 and included patches that update some of the XML documentation. The first is a howto on the DTDResolver, the second is an update to the XML Mapping docs so that the DOCTYPEs in the examples use public IDs recognized by DTDResolver, and the last is a howto on using references in XML (per Ralf's request).
The last one I have on my list that isn't getting done tonight is a howto on white space processing in XML. And at some point I'm going to look into those proxy issues :) Oh, and let me know if I screwed anything up too bad :) Stephen
