Surely these aren't very important since:
* they are mostly in tests or tutorials (which aren't part of the
published product)
* they have already made it through the incubation period and all the
inspection that happened then
* some are impractical to license (eg.
art.eomodeld, .project, .cvsignore)
* 2.x, 1.x are in maintenance mode and should be messed with as
little as possible
