Here is two data points: just tried on 3.0M2 and also on a full Mac CM
build of trunk. In both cases "Cancel" returns back to CM without
quitting.. So it seems to work for me.

If you have an edited model and quit CM, it will prompt to Cancel/
Ignore/Save. Cancel just quits CM instead of canceling.
