I just ran 3.0M2 CM again, made a simple throw-away model and, without
saving it first, hit the CayenneModeler->Quit menu (command-q).  It
asked if I wanted to Cancel/Ignore/Save the changes.  I clicked
Cancel.  Application quit.

So, I made another one.  File->Exit menu, chose Cancel, and it
canceled.  So, I still think there is a bug.  And as I'm getting rid
of "Exit" for OS X ... I should fix this.
