Hmm... wonder if it is still broken. I am receiving emails from Jira
on the tasks that I am either a reporter or an assignee (so this is
sent directly to my email). Don't see any commits@ list emails either.
Let me check with the infrastructure. Commits lists are setup
differently from other lists, so they may be filtering bulk emails or
something.
