The CMIS 1.0 specification does not define how unfiled objects (documents and
policies) can be created via AtomPub. Therefore OpenCMIS doesn't support it.
The CMIS 1.1 draft closes this gap. It is possible to implement the proposed
solution and still be CMIS 1.0 compliant. OpenCMIS should support this on the
client and server side.
