matplotlib does not have built-in functionality for Taylor Diagrams which is
something our plotting code needs to support. However, we have found a file
from the matplotlib-users mailing list which defines a class for plotting
Taylor Diagrams using matplotlib. We will need to place this file, Taylor.py,
somewhere in the trunk.
