Hey Cameron-

Quick feedback:
- if the release is $artifact, the checksum and signature are
$artifact.md5 and $artifact.asc
- the .svn directories are usually omitted from the release
- the release should include a DISCLAIMER at the top level with the
following text:
----
Apache Open Climate Workbench is an effort undergoing incubation at the Apache
Software Foundation (ASF), sponsored by the Apache Incubator PMC.

Incubation is required of all newly accepted projects until a further review
indicates that the infrastructure, communications, and decision making process
have stabilized in a manner consistent with other successful ASF projects.

While incubation status is not necessarily a reflection of the completeness or
stability of the code, it does indicate that the project has yet to be fully
endorsed by the ASF.

For more information about the incubation status of the Open Climate Workbench
project you can go to the following page:

http://incubator.apache.org/climate/
----

Though this points out that we still have work to do here:
http://incubator.apache.org/projects/climate.html

- the KEYS file (with your public key) is typically checked in at a
dist/ directory in svn, e.g.
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/hadoop/common/dist/
- there is no NOTICE file at the top level (described here:
http://incubator.apache.org/guides/releasemanagement.html#best-practice-notice
)

I can't tell offhand whether Climate is distributing anything
requiring a NOTICE, but it's worth checking

Sorry, just had a few minutes to check. You may want to aggregate more
feedback before rolling another RC. -C
