Hi Cameron, I see the Climate dist areas are not setup yet. If they have not been requested already, can you please create a INFRA JIRA to request the same?
The release dist area - https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/ - will need a climate directory here. This is where you will copy the artifacts once the vote passes. Anything you checkin to this location will be pulled by all ASF mirrors globally. The staging dev dist area - https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/ - If this is setup, you should use this location to stage RC's. This location will not be mirrored and should primarily be used for testing and voting purposes.
