Hi Rajiv, You are welcome to submit pull requests for the upcoming release. However, the timeline is very tight, so I cannot guarantee that it will be merged in time.
We plan to release CloudStack 4.23.0 as soon as the remaining security issues are addressed and the release vote passes. The release will not be delayed to wait for this change. If the PR is ready and gets reviewed and approved in time, we can still consider including it in 4.23. Otherwise, it will have to go into the next release.
