Bill, I¹m not quite familiar with Regions feature, so could you please elaborate what functionality your fix would expose? I was the one who wrote the original Projects feature, and remember its one limitation - project can¹t be cross domains, all the accounts participating in it, have to belong to the same domain. If it doesn¹t contradict with your proposal, I don¹t see any other objections.
