VPC ACL Rules are not applied to Virtual Router<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-8305> Do we have a mechanism to recall/annul that RC vote and use a build with the fixes in? I have a horrible feeling that it would require another round of voting, but that has to be better than shipping a broken product.
