@miguelaferreira Sure a test can be added. Would you mind creating one and
send out a PR? You can start with the smoke/test_scale_vm.py and tweak it to
run only with simulator.
While working on PR #725 I had to fix the simulator to test that specific
scenario (dynamic scaling with migration) and thats how I ended up fixing the
simulator creating this PR.
