    Tested installation and started cloudstack-usage that seems to be working 
as well:
    
    ```
    root@antrix:/var/log/cloudstack/agent# systemctl status cloudstack-usage
    ● cloudstack-usage.service - CloudStack Usage Server
       Loaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/cloudstack-usage.service; disabled; 
vendor preset: enabled)

    $ cat usage.log
    ...
    DEBUG [cloud.usage.UsageManagerImpl] (main:null) (logid:) Checking to see

Version is 4.9.0-SNAPSHOT
