1. github is readonly and its difficult for me to track anything here. I
would not need if we had github issues and all the flexibility.
2. release notes etc. can be generated. In case there are future issues due
to this, the can be appended to it. From a user perspective, it will act as one
stop for all the things related to that issue(while there can be many PRs for
it). This will also be not required if we are entirely on github.
