@PaulAngus --config is not persistent, but helpfully overrides
metadata_read_only = 1 which is set in /etc/lvm/lvm.conf on XS7. But I second
that `--config global{metadata_read_only=0}` is needed to create primary
storage. (Tested with FC PreSetup type).
