Hi While not be directly related to the clodustack java source code, any RPM created using the specs from the repo e.g. from packages/centos7 and proceeding an upgrade, will hit CLOUDSTACK-9765, PR https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/1923 fixes the issue.
