   **Describe the bug**
   Translation in Compute Offering is Missing. 
   
   **To Reproduce**
   Steps to reproduce the behavior:
   1. Compute -> Compute Offerings
   2. Add a new Offer
   3. "compute offering type" needs to be translated, "customconstrained", 
"customunconstrained"
   and
   4. select "QoS Type" -> Storage -> "iscustomizeddiskiops", "diskiopsmin", 
"diskopsmax"
   and
   5. select "QoS Type" -> Hypervisor -> "diskbytesreadrate", 
"diskbyteswriterate", "diskiopsreadrate", "diskiopswriterate"
   
   **Expected behavior**
   A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
