**Describe the bug** The deploy VM wizard does not list all the affinity groups (and possibly other stuff) but only the first page. Unable to go to the second / third page **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Have more than 10 affinity groups 2. Go to 'deploy vm wizard' 3. Scroll down to 'affinity groups.' 4.
