Currently building the provider (go build) manually and placing the
provider locally in the system path is time-consuming in the automation
process if we want the latest code changes
It will be great if a new release of the cloud stack-terraform-provider is
released which has the latest code changes.
Any tentative date on the release date is also helpful
Executing "terraform init" should download the latest binary of the provider
