It is not just a suggestion. This is how the organization works. We have open discussions on the mailing list so that other people can participate. This project has joined the incubator in hopes of building a community around its code. We are here to help you do that very thing. There seem to be quite a few people interested in this project and what it has to offer. If you guys need help setting up your build system here at Apache, I can help with that if need be. Let's get this thing rolling so we can bring all of these excited people on board and put together something awesome!
